Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Framework (SPFx) developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and extensions using SPFx for SharePoint Online and on-premises environments. As an SPFx developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-quality applications that enhance the SharePoint experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Customize SharePoint sites, web parts, and extensions to meet specific business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, etc.)
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with other Microsoft technologies and third-party applications as needed
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of SPFx solutions
• Follow best practices for code quality, security, and scalability in SPFx development
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in SharePoint development and customization using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks, including JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, APIs, and SharePoint add-in model
• Experience with SharePoint REST API, PnPJS, and other SharePoint development tools
• Ability to design and develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 platform and related technologies
• Familiarity with Azure services and integrations with SharePoint
• Knowledge of SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and other related tools
• Certification in SharePoint development or related technologies is a plus
