Job Description

  • Should have good experience in SQL queries (writing, modifying, etc)
  • Linux/Unix (command line experience) that have worked with US clients (as this is a customer facing role).
  • Essentially this is a Tier 2 support person we are looking for long term.
  • Should have experience in responding to clients/customer queries over emails and phone calls.
  • Good troubleshooting skills.
  • Should be optimistic and skilled in delivering bad news to the customers, should handle the situation professionally and try to de-escalate the problem.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
