Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PEGA Business Analyst (BCPA Certified) with 7 to 10 years of experience for a contract position based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and PEGA technical teams to translate business requirements into effective PEGA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PEGA applications
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
  • Collaborate with PEGA Architects and Developers during solution design and delivery
  • Support case lifecycle design, workflows, and decisioning requirements
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and UAT support
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and PEGA solution implementation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • PEGA BCPA Certification (Mandatory)
  • 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in PEGA projects
  • Strong understanding of PEGA case management and business process modeling
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ready to relocate to Singapore
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with 15 days Notice preferred

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working on enterprise or international PEGA implementations
  • Exposure to BPM, decisioning, or digital transformation projects
