Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PEGA Developer (CSSA Certified) with 7+ years of hands-on PEGA development experience to join our team for a one-year contractual assignment in Singapore. The ideal candidate will lead complex PEGA implementations and work closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and development of enterprise-scale PEGA applications
  • Architect PEGA solutions following best practices and guardrails
  • Implement complex case management, workflows, and integrations
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
  • Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into solutions
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards
  • Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • PEGA CSSA Certification (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in PEGA application development
  • Strong expertise in PEGA PRPC, decisioning, and rule resolution
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP, databases)
  • Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with PEGA 8.x or higher
  • Exposure to performance tuning and application optimization
  • Experience working on onsite or international projects
