Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI / Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end ML pipelines, Generative AI use cases, and production-grade AI systems across enterprise and product environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications
  • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, evaluation, deployment)
  • Work on Generative AI and LLM-based solutions (chatbots, summarization, recommendation systems)
  • Implement NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics solutions
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost
  • Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and backend teams
  • Deploy models using MLOps best practices
  • Monitor models for drift, performance, and reliability

Required Skills:

Core AI / ML

  • Strong experience in Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning)
  • Hands-on with Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
  • Experience with Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
  • Strong understanding of model evaluation and optimization

Generative AI & NLP

  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
  • Prompt engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • NLP techniques (tokenization, embeddings, transformers)
  • Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate)

Data & Engineering

  • SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Data preprocessing and feature engineering
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets

 

MLOps & Deployment

  • Model deployment using Docker & Kubernetes
  • CI/CD for ML pipelines
  • Model monitoring & versioning (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
  • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO)
  • Knowledge of Streaming data (Kafka, Spark)
  • Exposure to AI ethics, governance, and security
  • Domain experience: FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, HR Tech
