Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Automation / AI Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions by combining RPA, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies. The role focuses on automating complex business processes and enhancing them with AI-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
  • Integrate AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into automation workflows
  • Build intelligent bots using OCR, NLP, document understanding, and chatbots
  • Implement end-to-end automation pipelines from process discovery to deployment
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
  • Develop and consume AI model APIs and LLM services
  • Ensure automation scalability, security, and performance
  • Support automation governance, versioning, and best practices

Required Skills:

RPA & Automation

  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
  • Process analysis and workflow design
  • Exception handling and bot orchestration

AI / Intelligent Automation

  • Experience with OCR & Document AI (UiPath DU, ABBYY, Google Vision)
  • NLP and text classification use cases
  • Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini)
  • Prompt engineering for AI-assisted automation

Development & Integration

  • Experience with REST APIs and web services
  • Scripting knowledge (Python / C# / Java – any one)
  • SQL / NoSQL databases

MLOps & Deployment (Preferred)

  • Bot deployment and monitoring
  • CI/CD for automation
  • Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

Good to Have:

  • Experience with Process Mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining)
  • Chatbot frameworks
  • Kafka or message queues
  • Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and security
