We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tooling Operator with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining tooling equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that tools, dies, and machines operate efficiently and produce high-quality components according to company standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, set up, and maintain tooling machines and equipment.
Inspect tools and dies for wear or damage and perform necessary adjustments or minor repairs.
Ensure proper alignment and calibration of tooling machinery.
Monitor production runs and make process adjustments to maintain quality output.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Assist in tool changeovers and ensure minimal downtime.
Adhere strictly to safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to improve efficiency and reduce tooling issues.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tooling Operator or similar role.
Basic knowledge of machine operation, tooling setup, and quality inspection.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with CNC machines or precision tooling.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
